Push Ups
8 reps, 3 sets

Squats
8 reps, 3 sets, 1s hold

Triceps dips- on chair
8 reps, 3 sets

Lunge- forward with support
10 reps, 3 sets

Bicep Curl- standing with dumbbells
8 reps, 3 sets, 8 pound weights
