Recipe of the Month: High Fiber Avocado Smoothie

Get more water and fiber with this HIGH FIBER, LOW CARB SMOOTHIE!


  • 1 1/4 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1 tbsp. of roasted flax seeds (they must be roasted for this recipe)
  • 4-5 drops of vanilla stevia


  1. Blend all ingredients up in a blender.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
