Get more water and fiber with this HIGH FIBER, LOW CARB SMOOTHIE!
- 1 1/4 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1 tbsp. of roasted flax seeds (they must be roasted for this recipe)
- 4-5 drops of vanilla stevia
- Blend all ingredients up in a blender.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
