A steak salad is a great way to pair a delicious tasting steak with some antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables.
450 Calories, 28 grams of fate, 18 grams of carbs, and 39 grams of protein
6 oz. flank steak
2 C. spring mix
1/2 C. blueberries
2 Tbsp. oil and vinegar dressing
1/4 C. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cover flank steak with lime juice and cilantro and grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until it reaches 145 degrees.
2. Place spring mix, blueberries, and oil and vinegar dressing in bowl and mix well.
3. When steak is cooked, slice into strips and add to salad.
